Turkish artists arrived in Crimea for a list of mosques

A group of artists from Turkey came to Crimea to paint the interior part of the construction of the mosque that will be the main religious building of Muslims of Crimea, said state Duma Deputy from the Crimean region, the curator of the project of construction Ruslan Balbec.
“The primary job of interior painting in the mosque will meet the masters from Turkey. A group of artists have already arrived in Crimea. With them signed a contract to carry out all necessary works”, — told RIA Novosti Balbec.
The mosque is built on the southern hills of the city, near the Simferopol reservoir. According to the project, it will include two parts: the main building (measuring 37 by 37 m) with a dome height of 28 meters and a courtyard with colonnades and sadirvan (a place for ablution before prayer). The mosque will have four minarets, each with a height of 50 meters. In the mosque finished the rough work, there is a façade, initiated the painting. The opening of the mosque is scheduled for 2020, but the exact date is not yet defined because of the complexity of the internal finishing works.
